He's a Catholic
Count Vertigo is most likely to be Catholic, established in Suicide Squad #33 - the Catholic priest Vertigo is undergoing therapy through explains that Vlatava (the Count's homeland) has a strong Catholic tradition and therefore the Werner is predisposed to confiding in the priest. Vertigo also briefly expands on his beliefs when determining whether or not to be killed by Deadshot at the end of the series (Suicide Squad #66), stating that he does believe in "God, in heaven and hell" and that committing suicide would be a great sin.
