Death isn't a Mormon.
[Editor: Mike is correct that Neil Gaiman's character "Death" is not a Mormon. She transcends any specific denominational affiliation. However, the physical form she manifests herself as is that of an actual young Mormon woman from Salt Lake City. That is why this religious affiliation note for Death appears in quotes. Death herself isn't a Mormon. But her physical form is "Mormon," or at least copied directly from a real-life Mormon.]

Mary Batson's adopted parents, the Bromfields, were/are Episcopalian, and raised Mary as one, too.
