Wilbur Wycombe was a Democratic U.S. Senator for California who investigated Project: Glamor. His investigation included interrogating General Selbert, one of the Project's top-ranking operatives. Project: Glamor kidnapped the Senator and used him as a test subject for their Super-Serum variant. Senator Wycombe killed Nurse Goren while in agonizing death throes caused by the serum, before he himself died.
