In Maryland, Colonel Jody Choate consulted with Mr. Bressack. It is not entirely clear if Bressack is an attorney or some other kind of political consultant, but he appears to be an attorney. After their discussion, Choate is determined to confess to being the sole government official responsible for the diversion of funds which went to establish the Freedom Science Studies Institute. Choate wants to explain his involvement with the program during a televised Senate hearing.
