Members of the National Force did not necessarily refer to themselves as "Nazis," but they wore swastikas on their uniforms and Captain America himself called them "Nazis."
In Captain America (vol. 1) #232, in panel 1 on page 10, Captain America told Commissioner Feingold of the NYPD: "I can't emphasize the danger enough, Commissioner! This 'National Force' isn't something new -- they're Nazis by a different name! They've got to be stopped!"
In Captain America #233, one of Morgan's thugs referred to the National Force as "Nazis". When Captain America warned Morgan and his thugs against confronting National Force, one of the thugs working for Morgan retorted: "We're makin' things worse? What do you think your Nazi frinds're doin'? They started this... and they've gotta be stopped..."
