Dominic Dunsinane helped Thomas Halloway create the "Scourges of the Underworld" organization which methodically killed at-large super-villains. Thomas Halloway was the original World War II-era super-hero known as "The Angel." In what was almost certainly a symbolic moment, Dominic Dunsinane died when he was crushed when a large angel of a statue fell on him.
