The Eliminators, a group of 7 unnamed operatives, were assigned by the High Evolutionary to eliminate all drugs and other genetic pollutants, along with anybody who stood in their way. They attacked Columbian drug lord El Caiman drug village at the same time that the Punisher was present, intent on on ending El Caimain's operation. The disregard for innocent bystanders prompted the Punisher to briefly team up with El Caimain against the Eliminators.
