"Witch Woman" was an elderly woman who served Centurious, an opponent of the Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze).
Centurious was devouring victims in order to regain his strength after previously facing Ghost Rider. Centurious was accompanied by Witch Woman and other minions (Carver, several demons of Styge) when the villain bemoaned his pitiful fate. Centurious touched a stone tablet on which was carved the image of the princess he loved and lost.
