The "Children of Eternity" were a large group of vampires who were trapped at their childhood age because they had been transformed into vampires during childhood. The Children of Eternity were apparently all destroyed by the vampire hunter Blade.
The Children of Eternity dressed in hooded robes and operated out of an edifice known as the "House of Terror."
