In Superman #668, Superman and Batman are trying to find the "third Kryptonian" spoken of by the Auctioneer when he scanned Earth. In panel 2 on page 6, Superman thinks to himself about how the search is going so far. He thinks, "So far, though, Batman and I have found thirteen previously unknown alien presences on Earth. Five inert bio-artifacts, seven threats and an intergalactic tourist working at a Bennigan's for the kick of it. But no --"

The alien tourist who works at a Bennigan's casual dining restaurant, apparently just for fun, is never actually depicted in this story. Nothing else is known about him or he beyond what was revealed in this panel's text.
