Adria Walker was a young woman who was assaulted by "The Stalker," a villainous being which was apparently a physical manifestation of Gil Jeffers' unconscious mind. The Stalker blinded Adria, but then the Incredible Hulk saved Adria and defeated the Stalker before it could harm her any more.
Later, Adria was treated by doctors. They told her that she would regain partial vision, but at the time they thought that there would be some permanent damage to her eyesight.
