Doc Neutron was a psychiatrist in the alternate reality known as the Age of Apocalypse (Earth-295).
Doc Neutron owned the cantina outside Ensenada where Scarlett McKenzie worked as a lounge singer. Scarlett McKenzie, in addition to being a singer, was also a psychologist. She was romantically involved with the mutant Alex Summers (known as Havok).
Sabretooth and Havok (working for the dread overlord Apocalypse) crashed Doc Neutron's cantina. Havok killed Doc Neutron. This happened "off-panel." Doc Neutron was only mentioned in Factor X #2, and was not actually seen.
