A gigantic creature with many hands ambushed Captain America, Falcon, Black Widow and Nick Fury of the Ultimates when they were walking through the catacombs of a hidden bunker in Tunguska, Russia. The creature was the creation of secret Russian experiments.
The Ultimates battled the creature, ultimately defeating it when the Falcon shot it. After the Ultimates defeated this creature, they proceeded and found Captain Russia, a super soldier who had been waiting forty years to fight Captain America.
