The reference in Marvel Universe: The End #2 to "Razanes" is not entirely clear. This term may refer to a group of traditional (primal-indigenous) gods of Madagascar. Or it may refer to a realm wherein such deities of Madagascar dwell. "Razanes" does not appear to refer to a single deity. In any case, this issue, which is replete with appearances of deities from various pantheons, does not actually portray the "Razanes." The "Razanes" are only mentioned.
"Razenes" may also refer simply to the Razene aborigines who are the ancient tribal natives of Malagasy of Madagascar. They worship the African god Ndriananahary.
