Yes, this is a female priest. This character is part of the Marvel 2099 line of comics, and was featured in Spider-Man 2099 stories which take place 100 years in the future. The writers are actually not here postulating that by that time the Catholic Church will be ordaining women as priests. This character isn't Catholic, although she dresses much like a Catholic priest. She is, in fact, a priest in the Church of Thor.
