Beauregard Montclair IV was a member of the White Supremacist group known as Southern Fascists. He was also the field marshal for the Swords of a New Dawn, which is essentially a Ku Klux Klan organization. As an agent of Yi Yang, he plotted to assassinate Abraham Lincoln Brown, an Africa-American candidate for U.S. President. Ultimately he failed, however. He was thwarted and killed by the hero Night Raven.
Beauregard Montclair IV was also a member of National Executive, which was a cabal of powerful men who represented numerous secretive, underground societies.
