URSA is a neo-Leninist organization dedicated to restoring the glory of the Soviet Union. As Leninists, this terrorist group would seem to be, by definition, Communist in outlook. But the way they focus on restoring the Soviet Union also smacks of ultra-nationalism. A close reading of the prose novels that feature this organization would be necessary to fully elucidate their fanatical beliefs and philosophies.
