Morris K. Wasker was denied membership in the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) when he was a child. As an adult, he fashioned the villainous identity known as "Thwart." He pretends to help others, but he does everything possible to hinder them. This twisted take on the Boy Scout tradition of "doing a good deed daily" is how this mentally demended individual seeks vengeance on the Boy Scouts.
