The unnamed district attorney featured on pages 2 through 4 and page 11 of "Walk, Batman - To Your Doom!" in Batman #173 (Aug. 1965) has a distinctly different appearance form District Attorney Danton, who was featured in a Batman story a few months before as well as in anothe Batman story a few months later. The unnamed district attorney in "Walk, Batman - To Your Doom!" was certain that some unknown party had interfered with the verdict renedered in the trial of Bunky Galliver. This unnamed district attorney called Batman and Robin to his office to share his concerns and discuss his investigation into the matter. This unnamed district attorney has a thin moustache. But in stories before and after this one, Danton had a clean-shaven and distinctly different face.
