Mr. Ahmet was a criminal in charge of security at the Fisherman's Club. For some reason, he leaked information about the criminal plans of Hammerhead and the Professor (Miles Warren), who were meeting in the club. He leaked the information to the Punisher, a vigilante known for killing criminals. Naturally, when the Professor found out, he was angry. At his next meeting with criminals in his organization, the Professor crushed Mr. Ahmet's head to set an example about what would happen to those who were disloyal.
As Mr. Ahmet was a criminal himself, one has to wonder why he leaked information to the Punisher? Perhaps he was feeling guilty about the crime he had let occur. Perhaps he had never intended to become involved with criminals as ruthless as Hammerhead and the Professor. There is nothing in the story that explicitly identifies Ahmet as a Muslim, but given his name and behavior, it is reasonable to conclude that he was a Muslim (at least a nominal or lapsed one). If it really was a guilty conscience that caused him to leak information to the Punisher, then Mr. Ahmet sealed his nascent repentance with his own life. He was clearly not virtuous as an adult, but perhaps he tried to make up for his misdeeds at the end of his life.
"Ahmet" is a variation on the Arabic name "Ahmed." The name means "highly praised or one who constantly thanks God."
"Ahmet" is usually a first name. Mile Warren, while killing him, called him "Mr. Ahmet." But it is quite possible that "Ahmet" was actually this character's first name.
