Tuskanini was a minor demon summoned by the greater demon Zreate'th. "Tuskanini" was not this demon's actual name. It's real name was never revealed, but the superheroine Hellcat nicknamed it "Tuskanini" while battling these demons.
Tuskanini and Zreate'th came to Earth from their other-dimensional demon realm when a cult of devil worshippers performed a ritual using the virgin cult member Hilary Garret. Tuskanini killed the cultists who summoned it to Earth.
"Tuskanini" has been described as big, green, and "Hulk-like."
