Chelsea was introduced on pages 7 and 8 in Magog #2 (Dec. 2009). She is a beautiful platinum blonde woman. She gave advice to a yet-unnamed villain, a man with glasses, a slight build, and a thick moustache and a large "soul patch" beard who was a dealer of high-tech illegal arms. In talking with the man, Chelsea exhibited extensive knowledge of his business dealings.
