FBI Special Agent Morgan was assigned to work with Plastic Man to track down and apprehend wanted fugitive Eel O'Brian. Agent Morgan and her supervisor, the Chief, did now know that O'Brian was actually Plastic Man's alter ego.
Eventually Agent Morgan was revealed as the surgically altered Nancy, who had been O'Brian's fiancee before he want "on the lam" as a fugitive. In the course of her investigation, Agent Morgan finally learned that Plastic Man and Eel O'Brian were one in the same.
Agent Morgan/Nancy and Plastic Man renewed their romantic relationship.
We have seen commentary identifying Nancy both as Plastic Man's former fiance and as his former wife. A more careful reading of the original Plastic Man stories in which she appears as well as the more recent 2004 Plastic Man series that features this character may be necessary to determine precisely which is the case.
