In the story titled "Deadpool: Shrunken Master," published in Deadpool #900 (Dec. 2009), Deadpool is in the middle of a session with a psychiatrist (Roland). After Deadpool tells the psychiatrist about hearing voices in his head, the doctor asks him, "Are you familiar with schizophrenia."
Deadpool answers, "Matter'a fact, I am. Had a cousin who was diagnosed with it. Started collecting bottles, trash, fingerprinting on walls with his poop -- he was pretty good at it, too. Decided he was the Messiah -- like what would the Messiah need all those bottles for?"
The psychiatrist explains to Deadpool, "A rare component schizoids have is called D.I.D., or Dissociative Identity Disorder. It's a condition in which multiple personalities influence their behavior."
