"Ms. Hottie McScience" is no doubt NOT this character's real name, nor is it any kind of official "codename" that she goes by. This is simply what Deadpool called this otherwise unnamed female scientist in panel 1 on page 1 of this story.
When first seen, Deadpool was shooting at shirtless helmeted agents who were trying to capture (or re-capture) the scientist. She told Deadpool: "We have to go now, Deadpool! If I don't get to base and rewrite the H.A.M.M.E.R. algorithm, the device will go off--"
Presumably this means that the scientist is doing some kind of work for H.A.M.M.E.R., the federal peace-keeping organization that replaced S.H.I.E.L.D.
Ms. Hottie McScience is seen throughout this story, but did not seem as if she would be seen again. Were she intended to become a continuing recurring character she probably would have been given a name.
There seems to be some overlap in appearance and function between "Ms. Hottie McScience" and Dr. Betty Swanson, a beautiful scientist who was adventuring with Deadpool in issues of Deadpool: Merc With a Mouth at the same time Deadpool #900 was published, but I do not believe they are the same character.
The device that the woman was needed for in order to stop was "an active W.M.D. [Weapon of Mass Destruction] on U.S. soil."
