On her birthday, Catwoman was watching TV when she saw a TV news anchorwoman make an announcement about Baroness Laborque's annual charity bash. The anchorwoman said: "...and Baroness Laborque is throwing her annual charity bash this evening. Everyone's wondering if she'll be wearing the emerald-encrusted Jewel of the Empress necklace, valued at over one million dollars!"
Catwoman decided to steal the necklace, but ends up getting distracted on the way to do so. Catwoman never ended up stealing that particular necklace, although she stole another necklace which may also have belonged to the Baroness.
We can't be certain that "Laborque" is the correct spelling of the Baroness's name. This name was only heard in an animated film. The character has no analogue in printed media such as comics. There are no subtitles for the episode. The name is intended to be French (as established by other aspects of the episode) and sounds phonetically like "La-bor-kay."
