Miklos Vryolak was a reluctant super-villain known as "Minotaur." His father transformed him into a Minotaur-like creature ostensibly to cure the youth's cancer, but also as part of a plot to create an army of minotaurs and take over the world or something. Miklos Vryolak really wasn't a bad person, and he only stole and fought Iron Man because he was forced to do so by his evil father. Once Miklos Vryolak learned the truth behind all of his father's nefarious actions, he caused himself and his father to become trapped in a cave-in, which presumably killed him.
A Minotaur or Minotaur-like being appeared in Marvel Year-in-Review '92. It is unclear whether this was Miklos Vryolak or another Minotaur-like being (there are more than one in the contemporary Marvel Universe, including one or two Inhumans).
