The hero known as "Plasmer" was created when Mys-Tech scientist Dr. Oonagh Mullarkey split off the positive aspects of herself into a separate being. Dr. Mullarkey's original body retained the evil aspects of her personality while Plasmer encompassed all of the good.
Although mystically created based on a real person, Plasmer herself was an artificial being. As a newly formed entity, who sprung into being as an adult, Plasmer went on a quest of self-discovery.
