Harley Quinn eventually learned that Anya and Dana were the same person, with a split personality. Oscar Cartwright completely accepted his wife the way she was, which greatly impressed Harley Quinn. She was so impressed with the romantic relationship of Oscar Cartwright and his wife/mistress that she turned on Two-Face and prevented him from kidnapping the woman.
