The villainous John Herod salvaged the bio-mechanical construct known as "Air Cavalry" from a timequake in 2081. He later used the Air Cavalry as a weapon against Latveria. He sent Air Cavalry to Latveria, where it released necrotoxins upon the populous.
Air Cavalry was able to grow combat organs on its underbelly.
