Johnny Storm (a.k.a. the Human Torch) briefly worked as a fire fighter for the New York Fire Department. His supervisor, Chief Billings, showed him a memorial bulletin board on which were displayed photos of fire fighters who died in the 9-11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Centers. The board featured numerous photos, notes, cards, drawings, etc. One note was presumably written by the child of a firefighter from that firehouse who died in the 9/11 attack. Then note read: "Dear God, Take care of Daddy, Jordie."
