In Marvel Knights Spider-Man #5 (Oct. 2004), Mike McSwiggin's name was seen on a handwritten sign held up by a driver to incoming passengers arriving at JFK International Airport. He was a passenger on a plane and the sign was held up by the driver who was to take him somewhere but did not necessarily know what he looked like.

In Marvel Knights Spider-Man #8, a gas truck was seen with the name "McSwiggin Gas" on the side. The truck was blown up during a battle between Spider-Man and the new Venom (Angelo Fortunato).
