Mister Lu was an older Asian man who, along with his partner Zingh, was an agent of the arch-villain Fu Manchu.
Mister Lu apparently had super powers. He had the power to fire energy blasts from the staff he carried.
Mister Lu helped Fu Manchu's agent Zaran (Zhou Man She) to battle Shang-Chi.
Mr. Lu is consistently referred to as "Mr. Lu" or "Mister Lu" in his original appearances in the Marvel Knights series. Throughout Marvel Knights #14, his name is spelled "Mr. Loo."
