Bruzo was a muscle bound man who was at a bar on the Lower East Side that "Captain America" went into. This was not actually the real Captain America, but was actually Mike Farrell, a man who was out to ruin Captain America's reputation.
Bruzo tried to make himself look tough by threatening "Captain America," but Farrell grabbed the bully by his throat, lifted him into the air, and choked him until he backed down.
