Rocky the Lynx was a member of the Maggia (essentially Marvel's version of the Mafia at the time). Rocky adopted the masked identity of "Diamond Head." He pretended to be black and formed a Black Supremacist gang in Harlem (the "Diamond Heads"), all to cause enough trouble for the black-led criminals in Harlem that the Maggia would be able to move in and take over.

Captain America defeated Rocky and unmasked him.
