Wyatt was part of crowd of black Harlem residents who rescued Falcon from William Burnside and Jack Monroe (the Captain America and Bucky replacements from the 1950s).
After Jack's friend (a man wearing vertically-striped pants) convinces community leaders Rafe Michel and Leila Taylor to help rescue the Falcon from Burnside and Monroe, Rafe organizes a crowd and brings them to Tyler's Warehouse, where falcon is being held captive. Wyatt was one of the Harlem residents who were gathered by Rafe to form a crowd of people to mount a rescue.
Wyatt's name is identified in panel 4 on page 11 in Captain America (vol. 1) #154. After defeating the 1950s Bucky, the crowd watches as the 1950s Captain America grabs the Falcon (who he has captured in the hopes of forcing him to tell him where the real Captain America is) and tries to escape. Wyatt says: "The man's a coward, Rafe."
Rafe replies, "No lie, Wyatt! He's runnin' like a licked dog!"
