"Weasel" Wills was a thief who stole Iron Man's "Mark III" armor from Tony Stark.
Wills donned the Iron Man armor himself. This forced Tony Stark to wear his older Mark I armor and battle Wills. Although Wills had the newer armor, Tony Stark had more experience, and he was able to defeat the armored Wills.
