The Red Skull masqueraded for a time as "Cyrus Fenton." When SHIELD agent Sharon Carter interviewed "Cyrus Fenton," she realized he was wearing a mask and she discovered this was really the Red Skull. He admitted that he had the real Cyrus Fenton killed some time ago and stole the man's identity.

We are aware of a source that points to Captain America (vol. 1) #209 as the first appearance of Cyrus Fenton. This appears to be an archiving error. We have verified that Fenton's photo actually first appears in issue #210.
