Lady Tuvia was a member of the royal family from the Black Sea dimension. The People of the Black Sea claimed to have once been the rulers of Atlantis on Earth, until they were forced to flee from Atlantis (and Earth) because they faced religious persecution.
Lady Tuvia first appeared at the end of Daredevil (vol. 1) #77 when she emerged from an exploding teardrop craft and removed Namor, the Sub-Mariner from a battle with Spider-Man and Daredevil.
This event continued on into a story in Sub-Mariner (vol. 1) #40.
Lady Tuvia was the daughter of the former ruler of the Black Sea dimension. She was the neice of the new ruler of the dimension.
