An unnamed aide to Harold Howard was seen briefly at the end of Captain America (vol. 1) #148.

Harold Howard is a reclusive billionaire industralist who is one of the wealthiest men in the world. For many years now, few people have seen him, however, as he is extremely reclusive and rarely leaves his luxury apartment located on the 18th floor of the largest hotel in Los Vegas. Mr. Howard owns the hotel, just as he owns much of the property in Las Vegas.

Harold Howard is based directly on real-life billionaire industrialist aviator Howard Hughes.

In a story arc that ran in Captain America #s 145 through 148, Captain America and his allies from S.H.I.E.L.D. faced off against a large HYDRA faction based out of Las Vegas. HYDRA at the time was being led by Richard Fisk, as Supreme Hydra, who in turn was answering to a mysterious figure based out of Harold Howard's apartment. This turned out to be the Kingpin himself (Richard's father Wilson Fisk). The Kingpin had abducted the real Harold Howard and hidden him somewhere so he could steal his identity and set up a base of operations in his apartment.

At the end of this conflict, Captain America and the Falson discovered the Kingpin's control of HYDRA and confronted the Kingpin himself. They put an end to his control of HYDRA. (Interestingly enough, the Red Skull turned up and claimed to be the true leader of HYDRA, who had manipulated even the Kingpin -- unbeknownst to the Kingpin. The heroes and SHIELD agents put an end to the Red Skull's reign as well and apprehended them.)

After this was all over, Captain America and the Falcon met in Harold Howard's apartment alongside SHIELD director Nick Fury and Femme Force leaders Sharon Carter and Contessa Valentina. The unnamed aide, who was clearly one of Harold Howard's key, most trusted employees, met with them. The Falcon mentioned that despite being knocked out by the explosion of the Red Skull's Fifth Sleeper robot, he and Captain America were "just stunned" and he is confident that "we're gonna pull through!"

The unnamed aide says to the assembled group: "Thank Heavens! And, on behalf of my employer, Mr. Harold Howards, let me thank you for all you've done! The Kingpin has released him, of course... Thanks to you... and you'e also saved his city!"

This unnamed aide wear's a very conservative business suit and appears to be a middle-aged gentleman, perhaps in his late fourties.

The unnamed aide can be safely assumed to be a Latter-day Saint because he is based on similar aides to the real-life Howard Hughes, who famously hired only Latter-day Saints for this type of position. Howard Hughes' real-life aides in Las Vegas were sometimes jokingly referred to as his "Mormon Mafia." Because of his high regard for their denomination (Hughes was once married to Latter-day Saint actress Terry Moore), Hughes trusted these individuals to faithfully protect his finances, privacy and life.
