A man named "Tyler" (which may well be his last name) presumably owned "Tyler's Warehouse" in Harlem, New York City at one time.
In Captain America (vol. 1) #154, much of the story takes place in Tyler's Warehouse. William Burnside (a.k.a. the Grand Director) and Jack Monroe, believing themselves to be the real, original Captain America and Bucky, use Tyler's Warehouse as a hideout. They paid cash to the current owner - the Harlem crimeboss known as Boss Morgan.
Falcon was held captive and interrogated by Monroe and Burnside inside Tyler's Warehouse.
Burnside and Monroe captured Falcon and tried to beat information out of him. They wanted to know the whereabouts of the real Captain America, Steve Rogers (who they mistakenly believe is an imposter).
Fortunately for Falcon, other Harlem residents form a rescue mob and descend on Tyler's Warehouse. They are able to free the Falcon and drive Burnside and Monroe away.
After escaping, the Falcon found out from Morgan that Burnside and Monroe paid cash to Morgan to leave the warehouse unlocked so they could use it.
The man named Tyler (who presumably built and once owned Tyler's Warehouse) is never seen in this issue and never mentioned directly. Only "Tyler's Warehouse" is mentioned by name and seen.
