Henrich was a Nazi henchman who loyally served the Red Skull during the Skull's campaign to mark the 30th anniversary of Adolph Hitler's death by destroying the American economy.
Heinrich participated in various aspects of the Skull's campaign and can be seen in the background at the Skull's secret headquarters.
Heinrich's name is identified when he participates in a raid on the home of economist Oscar Brenner.
In panel 2 on page 9 in Captain America (vol. 1) #185, the Falcon kicks Heinrich in the face. Heinrich asks for help, shouting: "Ach! Hilfe!"
Another Nazi henchman says: "You'll have help, Heinrich! I'm just as glad to get away from these two!"
Heinrich and the other henchmen (5 in total participated in this mission) then grabbed Peggy Carter and Gabe Jones and flew away using jet packs.
After the henchmen left, Captain America was surprised that they had not killed Oscar Brenner, who Cap thought was the Red Skull's next intended victim. Moments later, Brenner dies after inhaling the Red Skull's poisonous red dust from a pipe. Cap realizes that Heinrich and the other henchmen switched a poisonous pipe with Brenner's regular pipe during the battle.
All told, this was a very successful mission for Heinrich and the other Nazi henchmen he worked with. But eventually they would be taken down by Captain America and the Falcon.
