Thor visited Nick Fury in his office to discuss the presence on Earth of alien invaders known as Chitauri. This was considered a top-secret matter, and Fury chided Thor for mentioning this in front the secretary. Fury asked Thor if he hadn't heard of security clearance, and joked that if Thor wasn't careful, he (Fury) would be forced to kill one of "his only competent secretaries."
Thor, however, recognized that the man they were speaking in front of was not actually Nick Fury's secretary, but was actually Thor's half-brother Loki, in disguise. (Loki routinely disguised himself as Earth mortals in Thor's presence.)
Nick Fury didn't really believe Thor's assertion that the secretary was actually Loki.
Later, when they were alone, Thor asked Loki the name of the person he was impersonating. Loki told him: Arthur Kostelanetz. Loki pointed out that the real Arthur Kostelanetz was somewhere else in the building, doing paperwork.
