When the villainous Plunderer (Ka-Zar's brother) framed the jungle hero and tried to make the English public think he was the "Midnight Stalker," authorities tries to arrest Ka-Zar. Lord Mayor Honeywell led a small militia who surrounded Castle Plunder (where Ka-Zar was temporarily residing) and tried to force him to turn himself in.
