S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury and his friend and top lieutenant Dum Dum Dugan used to eat lunch there fairly regularly.
Matt Murdock (secretly Daredevil) made scheduled a lunch date with Karen Page at Dulcie's. Their would-be romantic lunch was interrupted, however, by the villainous Starr Saxon (the future Machinesmith). Murdock was hallucinating, and Saxon terrified him, driving him away from the restaurant.
