Hector Rodriguez was a criminal who was allied with New York City's top crime boss, the Kingpin.
One day Hector was meeting with the Kingpin when his son, Hector, walked in on them. The Kingpin did not want anybody to know about some of the secret criminal things he had been discussing with Hector. He ordered Hector to kill his son.
Rather than kill his own son, Hector killed himself.
Nestor became the superhero "Eleggua" and founded a super-hero/vigilante team known as the Santerians.
