We see BoogieMan and the Rat Congress discuss the problem of the roaches. They decide to go to war with the roaches. AquaMaria, formerly of the Society of the Cross (de la Cruz Corp) is accepted into the Syndicate. Kwai calms another Brickhouse seizure. The roaches are killing people and they kidnap a girl. DMZ, Flashback, Fade and Dogg go out on the town and run into Holocaust.
