The riot is in full swing. We see Edmund and Cornelia go to Utopia Park. Pyre goes nuts and starts to burn everything down. The riot has torn the park completely down. We see more super security: Stinger, Slipper, Wisp, Bloody Mary, Angel's Kiss, Gimlet, Lead Balloon, The Splotch and Cutlery. Finally, Wise Son gives a speech that calms everyone down.
