A crackhead criminal's desire to remember his girlfriend with a tattoo was the impetus for a crime which escalated into a dangerous situation for Painkiller Jane.

Painkiller Jane was working undercover at a tattoo parlor called "Skin Printz." The place was suspected for being a front for supplying illegal guns.

A crackhead who was about to go to jail wanted to get a tattoo of his girlfriend before he went into the slammer for a long time. He didn't have enough money for a tattoo, so he robbed a bank. This brought him to the attention of police, who followed him to the tattoo parlor. Innocent people were caught in the middle and Painkiller Jane had to try to save them when police closed in on the crackhead at the tattoo parlor.
