It is possible that "Vince" (who appeared as Lt. Lou Hackett's partner in Werewolf By Night #s 6 and 10), was intended to be the same character as Lt. Victor Northrup. But the names are different, and we are operating under the assumption that Vince was Lt. Hackett's earlier partner, before he partnered with Victor Northrup during the rest of the Werewolf By Night series beginning with issue #22.
